fantastic spot!

superb service convenient location clean rooms
I stayed at a great hotel with amazing service! mohail at the reception and awaise the bell boy were particularly excellent, i really appreciate them. the location is superb. I had quick access to local attractions and transportation options! plus, the rooms are very clean.
the elevator wait times were a bit long during peak hours, it was a minor inconvenience.

clean room accessible location
the room was quite spacious and clean (i loved that!). i really liked how accessible it was to the dmcc metro station. it made getting around super easy. also, i have to mention the staff, especially rizza, moheen, daman, joy, kate, hillary, and awas were all so great and helpful .
the wifi wasn't always reliable, making it a little hard to stay connected.

A Decent Stay

quick check-in friendly receptionist metro station outdated room unclean carpet old kettle
Check-in was quick! Krizia at the reception was friendly. The hotel's location is good. It is near the metro station. The view of the marina from the room was nice.
Carpets looked not very clean. TV channels did not work at first, though they fixed this. The kettle in the room looked old and needs replacement.
